Receta de tallarines al roquefort con salsa de dátiles, dulce contraste

Tagliatelle con salsa roquefort y perejil

Hace una semana que tenía ganas de probar algo así: una salsa algo salada, pero con el dulce sabor a nueces y dátiles, y qué mejor acompañante que el bacon y el roquefort. He elegido los tallarines, porque es un tipo de pasta que se adapta más a la diversidad.

Una receta espontánea, sabrosa y muy rápida, un contraste de sabores que sorprende.

Tiempo de elaboración: 20 minutos

Dificultad: baja

Raciones: 2 personas

Ingredientes

  • 300 gr tallarines
  • 50 gr bacon
  • 50 gr nueces
  • 50 gr queso roquefort
  • 7-8 dátiles deshuesados
  • 500 ml nata para cocinar
  • Sal, perejíl

Elaboración paso a paso

  1. Poner los tallarines a hervir.
  2. Saltear el bacon en una cuchara de aceite de oliva.
  3. En cuanto esté casi frito se añaden los dátiles y las nueces y los mezclamos.
  4. Se añade la nata y después el roquefort. Antes de que se caliente demasiado la mezcla se debe añadir la sal al gusto. Esperamos un poquito para que el queso roquefort se derrita, sin dejar de remover.
  5. Se añade la pasta hervida y escurrida y se deja todo a hervir, removiéndolo despacio, hasta que la salsa adquiera la textura deseada.

A la mesa

Y aquí tenemos este riquísimo plato finalizado. Toca añadir esos detalles finales que lo hacen rico a la vista y muy sugerente: un poco de perejil verde para lograr un bonito contraste, un poco de parmesano rallado, un plato bonito, y por qué no, una copa de vino. ¡Es el momento de ser creativos!

El sabor final del plato es un contraste: dulce y salado, en una armonía cremosa. Para conseguir un sabor más dulce o más a roquefort sólo hay que añadir más dátiles o más queso roquefort respectivamente. ¡A degustar!
