La receta de pasta con salsa al chef es una receta que me ha encantado desde siempre. Un tipo de salsa bastante consistente, pero que no te deja la sensación de estar demasiado lleno cuando te la acabas de comer. Una salsa que no necesita más de 20 minutos de preparación y un sabor que agrada al paladar.
El resultado de nuestra receta será un plato de color anaranjado, debido a la mezcla de nata y tomate. A los que prueban esta mezcla por primera vez el sabor les parece bastante original y la textura más cremosa que la del tomate frito a solas, y no tan grasiento como el de la nata.

Ingredientes
- 500 gr de pasta
- 2 latas pequeñas de atún –aproximadamente 80 gr cada una–
- 1/2 cebolla
- 1/4 pimiento rojo
- 2 champiñones cortados en láminas –se puede sustituir por cualquier tipo de setas–
- 250 ml nata para cocinar
- 100 ml tomate frito
- Parmesano en polvo
- Sal, aceite de oliva, perejíl
Elaboración paso a paso
- Ponemos la pasta a hervir y en cuanto esté hervida la escurrimos.
- Picamos la cebolla, el pimiento rojo y los champiñones y los sofreímos en una sartén –en esta ocasión he sustituido los champiñones por setas deshidratadas boletuls–. Recuerda que para sofreír más rápido la cebolla sólo hay que añadir una pizca de bicarbonato.
- En cuanto la mezcla esté doradita, añadimos el atún y removemos.
- Añadimos el tomate frito y la nata.
- Lo dejamos todo para que hierva un poco y para que todos los ingredientes cojan el sabor de la mezcla, y luego le añadimos sal a gusto y una cuchara de queso parmesano.
Lo removemos todo hasta que tenga una consistencia homogénea.

A la mesa
Nuestra salsa con sabor suave a atún y con textura agradable está lista para estar servida. Como ya os tengo acostumbrados, qué mejor acompañamiento que un poco de queso parmesano por encima, ya que, al fin y al cabo, es una receta de la cocina italiana.
El perejil fresco y picado es el toque final de este plato sencillo pero de sabor sofisticado. ¿Te he dejado ya con hambre?, pues ¡A comer!
