Nada mas echarle un vistazo a este plato te entran ganas de comer. Compáralo con un bocadillo, o un primo lejano del panini, pero esta receta de pan relleno con carne no te dejará indiferente sino que hasta que no la veas en tu mesa seguirás pensando en ella; porque así funciona la pasión.
Una receta que despierta el interés no solo de la mujeres, sino que por alguna razón a los hombres les parece muy atractiva.

Ingredientes
- 1 pan de la abuela –el doble de ancho que la baguette y más corta–
- 1/2 cebolla
- 4 champiñones medianos
- 3 patatas medianas
- 100 ml nata para cocinar
- 1/2 kg filetes de pechuga de pollo
- 3-4 lonchas de queso –el que más te guste; en mi caso he usado Havarti–
Elaboración paso a paso
- Salpimentamos la pechuga de pollo y la freímos a la plancha.
- En otra sartén sofreimos la cebolla con pimienta, pimentón y sal a gusto y enseguida añadimos los champiñones y las patatas. Las dejamos freír, removiéndolo para que no se peguen las patatas, hasta que las patatas dejen de estar duras.
- Añadimos 100 ml de nata a las patatas con los champiñones y removemos de vez en cuando hasta que la salsa se haya espesado a nuestro gusto. Comprobamos si hace falta más sal.
- Ahuecamos el pan.
- Rellenamos el pan con queso, carne y la salsa de champiñones con patatas. Ten en cuenta que puedes añadir o sustituir cualquier ingrediente por otro que te guste más ya que las verduras asadas, el chorizo, el huevo hervido o incluso los tomates frescos resultan ser rellenos muy atractivos.
- Después de rellenar el pan lo envolvemos en papel de cocina y en film transparente para que quede muy apretado.
Colocamos nuestro pan debajo de algo pesado: muebles, libros, cubos llenos de piedras o agua –lo que tengas a mano– y lo dejaremos así unos 15 minutos para que nuestro pan sea más compacto.

A la mesa
La estética de esta receta nos favorece mucho y el plato atrae sin necesidad de muchos adornos. Sin embargo, sugiero añadir una pequeña ensalada variada de muchos colores, pimientos rojos, maíz o incluso tomates. Como puedes ver es un plato que tiene muy buena pinta.
Aparte de tener buen aspecto es una receta divertida y siempre se puede convertir en una buena conversación a la mesa, ya que es un plato bastante curioso. ¿Le darás una oportunidad?
